Officers’ Responsibilities | |
| President | Mike Bessonette | Chief executive officer who provides over all meetings of the general membership and Board of Directors |
| Vice President | Steve Laurin | The Vice President serves in the absence of the president. |
| Secretary | Steve Laurin | The Secretary keeps a complete record of all Executive Committee and general membership meetings, recording and maintaining the minutes. |

Custodian of the Club’s funds deposited in a bank designated and approved by the Executive Committee. The Treasurer will keep the Executive Committee advised of the current financial condition of the Club. The Treasurer shall report the financial condition of the Club at each general membership meeting. |
| Golf (Tournament) Committee Responsible for all golfing activity for the Men’s Club including all major tournaments and Wednesday Days Play. Tournaments and Days Play will be scheduled, game format identified, managed and results reported. | ||

| Advisory Committees Responsible for collecting member information regarding issues and requested changes for the Men’s Club. Committee comprised of players with varying playing ability. This information is reported to the Executive Board for discussion and possible action. | ||

Ron Shoquist | Responsible for updating and maintaining an accurate Men’s Club membership listing.Responsible for assisting potential new members by providing information about the ECMGC and answering questions. |
| Communications Committee Responsible for ECMGC newsletter with input from all committees. Assist with publishing required information to support upcoming tournaments or events. Keep all members of the Men’s Club updated on all activity. Maintain club website. | ||
